About This Project

Our client recently successfully retendered an opportunity but due to new contractual obligations, quickly found this once profitable account was operating at a loss. The challenge set was to identify $1.95 million of cost savings whilst maintaining the existing high levels of service.

Revive analysed many of the existing work methods and practices, such as effect of the MSS team, and deep cleaning functions within depots. From this we established programme governance, resource management and project objectives with baseline data to measure performance improvements.

As a result of our implemented solution we successfully identified over $3.2 million with a culture of innovation established to constantly pursue further savings.
