Our client was carrying out a Control Post re-development programme requiring extensive analysis of Control Post Operations to identify waste and inefficiencies whilst maintaining high levels of quality and therefore security to their facility.
Thorough stakeholder engagement allowed us to drill down to the heart of the inefficiencies, process mapping and analyzing data to gain a thorough understanding of waste and inefficiencies. Followed by detailed documentation of operational processes including; Process maps, Operating Models, Single Point lessons, Standard Operating Procedures.
Process standards were optimised, including bus holding bay, two vehicles per lane, Control Post zoning to ensure efficient staff deployment. This contributed to the excellent facilities providing good customer service and efficient operation resulted from the process engineering carried out by Revive.
