About This Project

Following over two decades of growth a well-known retailer was under significant pressure to improve their margins, whilst maintaining the same high level of customer service. Revive was invited to focus on a select number of stores in strategic locations to identify and implement improvements.

Revive carried out a comprehensive review of the existing processes within each of the selected stores, developing and introducing standardised activities across all of the stores where appropriate. In addition to this we carried out a detailed analysis of the traffic patterns and foot fall statistics at each of the selected stores, creating a staff schedule to address the various peaks and troughs experienced at each location.

The client realized an 11% increase in profit margins due to reduced fixed operating costs as a result of better understanding of staffing requirements. The business also adopted an assisted customer service and active selling model increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
