About This Project

Challenge
Due to increased market competitiveness and higher customer expectations on the timely delivery of services, our client found that they were less price competitive and delivering lower quality service than many of their competitors.

Solution
Revive delivered our LEAN Academy training programme including Project Champion workshops and Black, Green and Yellow belt Awards. Each course had its context adapted to incorporate examples relevant to the audience and timetable configured so as not to interfere with business operations.

Result
Over $2.5m savings delivered to organisations bottom line with 6 Black Belt, 39 Green Belt and over 70 Yellow belt Awards completed with further projects currently being carried out.
