Challenge
A change in government regulations meant that our client had to take a new approach to their existing infrastructure and associated processes. Without finding a solution to meet these new regulations our client would loose an important revenue stream and significantly reduce their levels of customer satisfaction.
Solution
By working with our clients, through the establishment of a steering committee and a thorough stakeholder engagement programme we generated a menu of options of how to get from ‘current state’ to the desired ‘future state’. Included within the work was a detailed demand and capacity analysis to ensure the processes implemented were sustainable and fit for purpose.
Result
As a direct result of the quick deployment of our solution we avoided ‘closure’ of our client service due to non-compliance, implementing the processes, training the people and facility proving, to ensure the sustained delivery of our clients service.
