Executive coaching engagements are usually at least 6 to 12 months with one -on-one meetings with an Executive Coach. At Revive, our programs are bespoke to each individual. Whilst we have a framework to work within allowing measurement and progress checks throughout, one coaching program will look different to the next – in order to meet the individuals’ growth and development needs, whilst supporting business objectives.

High Performing Teams

From initial strategy development through to an embedded and fully functioning operational excellence programme, your teams are under pressure to deliver results. At Revive, we understand that high levels of performance occur when just the right amount of tension is combined with a “one team” approach, where the objectives of the team are always prioritized over the individual. Using Lean tools, we balance workloads and responsibilities, and once the right team is in place, we focus on energizing and engaging, targeting problem solving, communication and collaboration.
